How It Works

Our 1:1 coaching by design is meant to increase your physical capacity, energy, and resilience making decisions.

All clients will begin with an assessment phase to establish a clear baseline and identify areas of improvement.

From there, we will build a foundation centered on functional strength training, nutrition, sleep quality, and sustainable nutrition habits.

Progress is measured through objective metrics, including physical assessments and DEXA scans, this allows us to track meaningful changes in your health and performance.

Thought the process, you’ll receive personalized coaching, consistent communication, accountability, and feedback to help you stay to course.

1:1 Coaching Programs

Virtual Coaching
$0.00

Online only guidance. Great option if you are geographically outside of Atlanta or time is a constraint. 1 (45min) accountability call a week, will receive messaging support throughout the week. This plan will include tailored fitness programming and nutrition targets, and monthly progress reviews.

Hybrid Coaching
$0.00

In-person and Online guidance. This option is for people in the Atlanta metropolitan area. We will utilitze gyms 2 times a week for 75 minutes each session. Each Session will consist of 30 minute accountablity session followed by 45 minute training session. You will also receive messaging support, nutrtional target help, and tailored fitness programming.
